What Seanicus J doesn't like about Delizie Umbre:
We went here a few days ago. It 's nicely positioned overlooking the square in the historic centre of town and sat in one of the few tables outside. We had a couple of sandwiches were we ok; nothing special and not bad. A small Coke Zero and a glass of red wine. The total came to 21 euros which is ridiculous. I think this place plays on the quaintness factor and the home made slant to charge over the odds prices. View all feedback.
Stumbled upon this cute little spot and were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and great food. Had the truffle pasta (figured specialty of the area) and grilled veggies. Super convenient as well.
This tiny restaurant is up the steep hill from the Duomo...had full of tables inside and out. Very simple menu . We had a couple of pasta dishes which were very tasty. Simple home cooking which hit the spot!
All six in our group chose the 'beef strips ' then a variety of vegetable and salad dishes. Very, very tasty. Small and cosy the owner and his wife were delightful and patient when we communicated via the English/Italian translation app on my phone.
