Sonic Drive-in - Spokane

I have no idea if this is just this store, but my autistic child likes a side of Pickles. They tried to charge me 6 slices of Pickles for over $3.50. These are hamburger Pickles too.

Had an Uber eats order here. Took them 40 min to get my order ready. Staff was a bunch of teenagers who then had their teenager friends in the parkinglot. A couple of staff came out to goof off with their friends in the parkinglot while I?m waiting for my order. Food was definitely cold. They only brought it out after I asked again. Please hire adults.

The food is okay as far as fast food goes. They have a great variety of things offered, including hot dogs and popcorn chicken. The ice cream and slushies is where its at, though. Yum!?

Sonic Drive In Spokane: It's Sonic Drive In so you pretty much know what you're getting into here. Stopped in for dessert. The service was pretty good. Order was correct and brought out quick. Of note the Reese's Peanut butter Shake tasted like cookie dough. Not sure if they messed up or it was just off. Parking area was clean and well lit. The parking blocks prevented longer vehicles from easily ordering. There's a random obelisk in the parking lot.

I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats. On this occasion, I was delivering two drinks and a cup of ice. I understand that the restaurant was short-staffed, but it was not very busy when I arrived. I was at the pickup stall and noticed that the red button indicating I was in the queue was lit up. However, it went off and I had to press it again. Initially, I was told that the order had to be made, indicating it had been forgotten. The second time, the order was brought out quickly. The staff apologized and gave me a coupon for a free burger, but unfortunately, it had expired on December 31, 2021. I would like to speak to the owner about this experience as I have previous experience working in fast food and know the expectations that should be met, which were not met in this instance.
