Had a great experience at this point on July 4. It was very busy and our waitress looked after us very well! But the only reason I give the 4 stars instead of 5 is that our refills were very slow in coming, but that is understandable as they were busy. Good. Service was slow and there were not many customers. We waited to welcome 5 minutes and the lobby was empty. We sighed and took our drinks order, delivered drinks, we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken after that. As soon as our order was made, the food came quickly. Recommended, but in the hope that they have the timing of their customer care side of the house. View all feedback.

We waited 3 years to come back to a Red Robin. Never again will be be back to any Red Robin. Worst service ever. Waited 1 hour. Had people seated AFTER us get their food. When we asked about that the manager told us that 's just how thier system works. So they have a system that decided what gets made when and they have no control over it. When my husband asked for a knife (utensils) the manager said you have to ask for them. You have to ask for utensils in a sit down restaurant now according to him. We had our son with is. No children 's menu either. By the time my food came in I was no longer hunger. Never will be back. Edit to add: when we sat down I had to clean the table it had been hastily wiped down with a ton of water. I cleaned and dried it. The children 's Mac and cheese was so gross. It was so funny. My son who loves all things mac and cheese said it was gross. We ended up getting him a hotdog on our way back to the car and he said this is way better than that imposter Mac and cheese.

Food was alright. Our server didn't really seem too impressed with her job, then again it was about 2 hours from closing so maybe she was just tired. She seemed very annoyed with basic requests like napkins and eating utensils. I did love their art wall!
