What Katelyn Martini doesn't like about Quality Inn Suites Airport:
Had to wait 40 minutes to check out and other guest waited over an hour. Our room was not cleaned or very poorly vacuumed and wiped. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste splattered on it still. The fridge had a leftover fountain soda half drank. The room also had a STONG Marijuana smell that took 30 minutes with the door open to get most the smell out. This is my first time in Spokane and this establishment was very sincere and have golden hearts! Kudos to the staff here as they are the biggest asset this business has! I'm thankful for them as to assisting me and my stay! I can say that I will definitely come back again, but will definitely be prepared better!
One guest was honking his truck horn and was walking the halls shouting/banging on walls for the front desk person. When they arrive they looked like they were asleep. After we called another Quality inn from down the road asking what we should do because we needed to leave. Don't recommend this place!!
I'm writing this review in my room, trying to decide if I should stay another night here.Location is not great if you like to be able to walk to something nearby. Quite a walk down Sunset Blvd is a beautiful arboretum.Room was just ok. TV didn't change channels, but I don't watch television these days. Tiny bathroom.Young woman who checked me in yesterday was nice.Woke up early and needed coffee. Both coffee packets in my room were decaf. Went down to front desk to request regular coffee. Front desk clerk was busy, apparently, he also has to drive the airport shuttle, which leaves the front desk unattended.Breakfast was carbohydrates sugary starchy food, no protein.Covered parking spots in the parking lot is a plus. It's the cheapest Choice property in Spokane. Don't expect much.No pool.
Great price. Great customer service. Great location. The folks here are truly amazing. I think Brianne was the amazing lady's name who made a horrible situation bearable.. Thank you for all the kindness you showed my family. Also t the rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend..
The Quality Inn is just okay on quality. Rooms are moderately sized, excluding bathrooms which are fairly small. The location isn't great and there are a lot of smokers hanging around the doors, which is difficult for asthmatics. The facilities are padlocked, so there's no using the spa or deck area. The layout is poor, the ice machine is on the 2nd floor only and at the far end of the area and the breakfast area is on the 3rd floor similarly far. The elevator is old and creeks a lot, making it feel unsafe. Also, the vending machines here are old and only accept cash with poor selection. Overall, the experience is mediocre at best, the only positive is that the beds were comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, everything was lackluster at best.
