Customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but Rose at the Newport Pizza Pipeline killed it! She is so sweet and her customer service was above and beyond. The best part was she is new! Thank you Rose. View all feedback.

We ordered from pizza pipeline last night and wasn’t given an eta which isn’t a big deal. After an hour I called just asking I ordered on a Saturday night I thought they were just busy. When they answered they told me my pizza was already delivered. I was sitting upstairs by my front door the whole time they never showed. Had two pieces.. threw rest in garbage.. don't waist your money.. go to round table!!

Man. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!! I was so hopeful. But NAAAWWW! FOR REAL. Sorry to yell, but I'm pised!! Pizza pipeline used to make the best pizza!! I remember being a kid in my first apartment. It was worth paying more if I had a few extra We'd order cheese and mushrooms They'd put them on there corner to corner, crust to crust. So freaking good. Cinastix!!! So good Pictures tell all.... barely 1 mushroom per PIECE!! There's a few pieces of sausage too Other one was Canadian bacon and pineapple. (Cooked pineapple rocks; Just gross. Too much crust, undercooked and almost WAY too much sauce. I don't normally freak out like this but I paid almost 60 for 2 medium pizzas, some cinnastix and soda and that was with their special! Cinnastix were on point. They serve the bomb cream cheese dip (always order extra.... There's no way I'd return. There's a place with a red sign that rocked it the other day. I need to get their review posted

When they answered they told me my pizza was already delivered. I was sitting upstairs by my front door the whole time they never showed. I told the person who answered the phone this and they said to check the porch I told them no it’s not there. They then told me that their driver said they dropped it off but they would make me a new one and send it right away no worries! The driver shows up saying they were busy gave us the wrong soda and then we open our pizza and there’s nothing but bubbles and holes in the pizza. Our whole pizza looked like this.

My first pizza from the pipeline, even though I had ordered well ahead they must have been short-staffed because I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my order. The pizza was good, but they didn't give me what I asked for. And there was a 1 to 2-in band of crust all the way around the pizza, quite a bit more that I'm used to.
