I was somewhat surprised to find that the menu at this Spokane location hadn’t been updated like the one in Missoula, which includes a vegetarian section and clearly marked vegan options. When I asked the waiter about it, he mentioned that it was one of the vegan dishes available in Missoula since they use the same sauces. I ordered the lunch bowl with Asian sweet and sour, and I absolutely loved it! The staff was kn... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mustard Seed:
Drinks weren’t that great, my table ordered sweet tea which was super watered down, hot tea that didn’t have flavor I got water. Food was good. The Asian Slaw tasted great, unfortunately they only put a small scoop, so I asked for more. Was charged $4 for a small portion. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mustard Seed, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere is contemporary and inviting, making it ideal for a cozy dinner or a fun night out with friends. The menu features an impressive array of dishes that skillfully combine traditional Asian flavors with innovative, modern touches. I highly recommend the Fried Rice—it was incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being overly intrusive. Overall, Mustard Seed surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely return soon to try more of their delightful dishes!
The food here is consistently good. The Osaka sauce is amazing!
Wow, what a disappointment. I used to dine at the Missoula location frequently, but the food was terrible and nothing like I remember. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.
We had the green beans, gyoza, chicken wings and wok-fired cashew chicken which was served with a large bowl of freshly steamed rice. It was all delicious and service was outstanding. We overbought for leftovers, that why the cost was high. Worth every penny! (Cashew chicken not pictured) Parking: Free open parking at mall, also served by 2 free garages. Wheelchair accessibility: Pull door at outside entrance, fully open access from the mall (during mall hours); restaurant has level floor, accessible tables and some booths; accessible bathroom.
This place is okay. I used to love it 30 years ago. Now it’s like a big olive gardens
