It seemed like they were too lazy to assist.

We arrived for pick up a few minutes early and... read more Ate there last week and it was pretty good. There was a long slow line last week, so we decided to order online. We arrived for pick up a few minutes early and we were told they had just received the order. So we purchased $3.79 sodas. And proceeded to wait. Well people kept coming in after us and ordering and receiving their food and leaving, all while we waited. We waited 30 minutes beyond the time that we said we would pick it up. The pizza was cooked too long and was too salty. I felt like because we weren't watching what they were doing, they just did whatever and even though they knew we were waiting, they took everyone else's orders first. I do usually like Mod Pizza, but I definitely will never order online again. Maybe it's because I didn't leave a tip online I was going to leave cash, but ended up not tipping. Also, the place was very dirty, lots of trash on the floor and all the tables were dirty. We were there from 6:15pm 7 pm. Oh, and the $7 for 2 sodas is a bad deal that's on me though, I already knew that was a bad deal, I just like to support places that I like. It will be a long time before I spend money there again.

It’s also concerning that he seemed more focused on his 4-inch beard—potentially falling into the food—than on his personal hygiene, which was evident as he wor... read more It’s also concerning that he seemed more focused on his 4-inch beard—potentially falling into the food—than on his personal hygiene, which was evident as he wore a t-shirt that looked like it was used for sleeping. Moreover, he was not wearing gloves! While I understand the need to keep the food safe, the way he communicated was the real issue. If he’s not fond of interacting with customers, perhaps he would be better suited for a role in the back of the kitchen.

Despite the fact that the other 3+ staff members were very OBVIOUSLY (super uncomfortable) ignoring/bullying her. The whole experience was tense. The pizza was satisfactory, however it was taintedwith the negativity of the experience. I couldn't eat it . . . . . . . Here I am a few days later, just baffled that a manageror PIC would allow this to happen, ESPECIALLY in front of customers
