Mcdonald's - Spokane

Friendly staff. the first reading board does not have the menu, so if they do not eat at mcdonald’s all the time, it is hard to find out what they want. the second reading table reflects the sun at 8-9 o'clock in the face. You can't read that either. the drive thru was great with all my asking! it becomes more and more difficult for older people. I just want a wurstei and cheese mcgriddle and hash brown! thank you for being patient!

I paid extra, extra carmel, and I only have one cut. I was informed when I went to the restaurant after waiting for 40-hour minutes in the car. they can't give extra carmel, but they can charge me for it. I will not return to this mcdonald. I buy at least 1 piece per day. it wasn't just the problems of carmel that the manager was very rude and snotty.

This place is always terrible! eating is always cold. every time I especially forget about this McDonald’s things from my order as well, I aimfully try to avoid these McDonald’s I do not recommend.

It was nice to have a mcdonalds in a rural environment, but no consistency. We usually order for the family of 5, something likely will be missing. I will use this place for a fast burger, an order that I can quickly check that it is all there. but for large family orders, I use the other place, as they get everything in the bag. also they are much slower than others. the waiting times are getting better, but still more of one wait than other busy places.

With kids now in their teens... McDs has gotten a lot of my money over the years.But their service levels have deteriorated and along with their exorbitant pricing increases... they've almost been completely eliminated from our fastfood rutine.
