However, when I got home, I found only three pieces of chicken and one biscuit, and there was no side included. They informed me that they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy, and there was no butter or honey provided!

The workers were really helpful, though, and gave me a soda while I waited on the phone with customer service and quickly got on my order when I finally decided to try to refund the online and order in person. Definitely order on the phone or in person, but the team working is super helpful and friendly :
