Disorganized and chaotic, and I was the only person in the lobby.Order include 3 large fries, but they were only half full, and they charge 30 for a cup of water. Manager seemed snotty and rude. View all feedback.
Loves the flame fried hamburger. they have these new patty melt burgers need to try them. my favorite is the spicy melt with jalapeños, delicious. I'm a little disappointed at how small the burgers have become.......still, I'm receiving an extra....if the quality is still there. next to the burgers are smaller everywhere. keep the good and tasteful work.... still in their corner.
Part 2: This is by far the slowest Drive-Thru service I have ever encountered. I will not be returning.
I love burger king from all almost food burger joints. was not happy with this. Two big kings ordered. I went to my truck to eat quickly. both great kings were terrible. hard rolls the salat wobbles and pickles were hot and soft. I went back to get fresh. I suppose the manager was the gentleman who exchanged them. I'm not sorry, or it'll take a minute. the burgers I got were fresh and tasty! burger kings pickles wobble and salat were crisp and right. other than that I love burgerroy!
I ordered a big coke. what I got taste like three aromen mixed together. I guess diet coke, dr. pfeffer and sprite. try them terrible. eating was great except that they did not add two of three big pommes in my order and I ordered three sandwiches. can't be too hard to press a button as someone tells them what they want. a little effort and the right drink would be great. I'm not back.
Ordered online. When arriving, I wasn't addressed for almost 5 minutes. Employee was swearing before turning her back and helping me, only to say huh we don't know what's going on, we don't have your order I asked for a refund, she rudely stated we don't give refunds. I asked to speak with management, she was the manager? The lobby is dirty, the employees are unkempt and clueless to an online ordering system that charged my card, and messaged me that my order was ready? Bravo Burger King.
