I like the pizzas when they're fresh out of the oven, but they don't reheat as well as other pizza, in my experience especially the thin crust. It's so disappointing how everyone is asking for a tip, 18% or higher. 15% used to be the norm (20-25% if you were trying to be cool). Job duties haven't changed, why should the tipping? Plus you are already raising prices due to inflation. Offer a 15% tip option to show appreciation to your customers.
