Longhorn Barbecue - Spokane Valley

We are from the South, in Arkansas. We came though for a family gathering. We have had ribs in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas and every where in between. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Longhorn's ribs are the very best of anywhere. Longhorn BBQ was brought to Washington from a group of brothers from Texas, so while it is Texas bbq, it's a sweeter sauce, the original, which is more KC style. They have other sauce flavors but original is my personal favorite. Don't forget to try the Cowboy Dip, it was amazing! Oh and I should mention, Longhorns chili is some of the best chili you'll ever encounter!

At the end of a long day driving from Billings MT... We asked the counterperson at the Super 8 for a good steak place... We were NOT disappointed at all... The ribs and beef were awesome and the bread pudding w/bourbon sauce was great. Totally recommend this place.

I mean the food is always pretty good.. same with the service.. But tonight when my best friend and myself came in to just have the buffet.. We were greeted by a guy named Evan.. He sat us in a section that wasn 't his.. but still helped us.. He has a great personality!! So much in fact, that we asked if he could just be our server Emily, the girl that recently trained him probably deserves a hi-five!!.. Honestly.. we are really picky customers.. REALLY picky.. and we were so impressed with how fun he made our visit.. He knew all the wine and beer list as well and he 's the 'new guy ' !! He fully participated in our stupidly and still kept it pro!! If ya go, and you consider yourself to be a fun person, we 'd suggest ask for his section Thanks again

Man man man I didn't know they had a buffet. Def worth $19.99 a person. All the ribs I can eat and that world class *in my book* bbq sauce I was in definitely satisfied.
