I visited the restaurant during a challenging period for them. It's not the owner's fault that her employees are struggling to make ends meet, largely due to issues stemming from franchising and corporate greed, which have resulted in underpayment. Inflation has also taken a toll. Despite these difficulties, the staff was friendly and maintained a positive attitude. Great job! View all feedback.

I would give this place less than a 1 if I could. Last time, I waited 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time for my online order before it was ready. The staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. I ended up tossing my order into the mobile pickup area and left. I thought it was just a one-time issue, so I tried again on my way home from work this afternoon to get a pizza. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes without seeing any employees. At that point, I gave up. If you're looking for decent service, I suggest going elsewhere. It's clear that management needs to make some serious improvements.
I arrived to pick up my order after placing it through the app, waiting the recommended 20 minutes. When I got there, they hadn't even started making my pizza yet. The floor was dirty, and the staff member was quite rude. They almost forgot to give me my brownie, and when I asked about it, she said it wasn't her problem because she couldn't find it. Then she yelled for someone in frustration. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great pizza, great service! I came in on Friday, it was great! pizza was ready as I had requested by phone. as famous, I actually barely check almost food in other cities, but vegetarian I got a veggie and a cheese pizza! it was soouo delicious! when they go there, I really recommend asking for eric! he is the one who helped me, and he deserves to be a manager of any kind. he has it together!
Hot but never ready…Should be the slogan. Buyer beware! I usually order ahead on the app and once when I came to pick it up they had just given my food to a delivery driver on accident and had remake my entire $50 order! But mostly it’s just NEVER ready on time. The deep dish are regularly undercooked. One time the app was down so I came in to order, the employees said they turn the online ordering off when it’s too busy. Busy is good for business just hire extra people to get the food out faster!
