KFC - Spokane Valley
KFC
Description
In a recent overview of a local KFC, customers voiced mixed sentiments about their experiences. Complaints ranged from unprofessional service—highlighted by confusing interactions at the drive-thru and rude staff—to concerns about food quality, including old and burnt chicken. Some patrons were dismayed by order mix-ups, while others encountered unusual surprises, like finding french fries in mashed potatoes. Despite these issues, one guest fondly recounted a nostalgic encounter with Colonel Sanders himself, reminiscing about his kindness. Overall, while KFC remains accessible and familiar to families, recent service lapses have led to a decline in customer loyalty.

Found french fries at the bottom of my large mashed potatoes. not upset but definitely concerned. as a person who worked in fast food… what are you even doing. and my chicken sandwich had 2 chicken patties on it. thanks ig but again what are you doing.
I recently called KFC because they sent me old burnt chicken that look like it had been sitting in the fryer and forgotten about. When I called a guy answered the phone and just said hello like it was his personal line then he asked who is this when I responded with hello. The opening shift lead who said his name was Jackson was rude, unprofessional, and does not know the meaning of good customer service. The GM really needs to step up his game and train these employees correctly. If I was the GM , I would be embarrassed.
Regarding kid-friendliness, I would rate it similar to any other fast-food establishment. As for wheelchair accessibility, there are two or three designated spots at the entrance on the west side from East Sprague Avenue.
I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, but the employee couldn't understand the name I provided as the driver. My passenger then chimed in with the name associated with the order. The worker simply told us to "pull forward." When I reached the window, I repeated the name, but she still seemed confused. My passenger spoke again, and suddenly she seemed to understand, confirming that they had our order. However, the employee threatened to call the police because I refused to move my car. I then went back through the drive-thru, announcing that I had returned. Surprisingly, my food was ready at that point, but I'm not even going to eat it. The employee also wasn't wearing a name tag and was swearing on the sales floor.
