What Carra Castro dislikes about Java Jump:
No worries though, I won’t be returning to that coffee stand. I don’t appreciate the dirty looks, arguments, or being served mediocre hot milk at 6 AM. If you want your coffee prepared a certain way, I highly recommend avoiding the window with the older lady (I’d guess around 40-45) who has long blonde hair and works on the side facing Broadway, not Mullan. Expecting Uber drivers to wait in a 20 or 30 minute long drive thru line is ridicolous.
Great coffee and cookies and Alexis is always giving fun friendly service
2 times in a row they messed up orders. Giving us iced coffees when they're supposed to be hot. And ordering signature drinks that they don't make correctly even by their own ingredients list. Will never be going back. It is a shame because this used to be one of my favorite places to get coffee.
JESS is the best! So friendly and she has a great smile.
