The Marlins are crooks! They are dishonest! Dave was president of our Home Owners Association in Spokane. The bylaws state No homeowner is to run a business out of their home. He and his wife both did so. He even directed our lawn maintenance company to complete additional work in his yard costing the Association thousands of dollars! They can NOT be trusted!!
