Was Anonym at Fig a mag?
1 vegan option for the main course and 2 vegan breakfast options! I had the roasted veg and hummus, on which I was not particularly pleased, but it was amazing! service was also great.
What mishamisha dislikes about Fig:
Clearly labelled vegan options on menu, with options to modify items to become vegan also. Not many options, I had the Chimichurri Potatoes, which were actually more like loaded fries. It was covered in garlic butter, which was very strong and rich. Was tasty and filling, but not really a complete meal. The cocktail menu was nice. View all feedback.

Pretty good service and the owner was very friendly and an american of Croatian origin I think
What a great place! this was our first meal after the arrival in split. the courtyard seating area is quite beautiful and there are a few vegan / vegetarian menu options clearly displayed. we had the vegetarian corma and roasted root veggies with hummus (which was surprisingly tasteful). several other diners also ordered veg options. the personal was also the most friendly and attentive of (probably) every place we were in Europe. updated by previous review on 2022-05-12
Tried to find a vegan option in split, so looked the veg options and fortunately stumbled over split. the place was almost full (a certificate of its quality of the manager owners, which I think is called off, checked for me how long it would be for a table for 1. he then came to chat while I waited on a table near the bar, explains the vegan scene (or lack of it) since the pandemic and was pleased to give out recommendations (before and after eating in fig. from other restaurants and then what I should get on the menu. After I traveled six hours with the bus of dubrownik and had eaten nothing, I was not sure how the filling of a pornstar would be of itself. the menu is very clear on what vegan, vegetarian and more, in addition to what vegan vegetarian can be made. the roasted root vegetables and hummus (for no honey) recommended to clarify that the portion sizes are not small and that if I wanted a little more, he would make a bigger teller for me! at sitting (before the specified time frame) I was quickly seen, and when I forgot helpful advices, he immediately came by and said he would sort the bigger teller and what a teller it was! I'm still filled over an hour after eating. really tasty and fill out! came for a bit to chat before I finish my plate and then gave me my beer on the house because I said it was good for three people sitting on the table to the left while they waited for their main table (a very reasonable request from him and I had no warning of the expectation that the beer to get free from the tuning or asking that they should not go to him)
We came before 12:45 so we got only breakfast. But still they had two vegan options, one of them was vegan burrito which was excellent! Big portion, friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, all good!!

Was assured that when something was marked on the menu “diluted”, it was through the waitress. the roasted sweet salad had suggested as others. no side effects!
Fig. could not guarantee that dishes free from cross-contamination, but they assured me that they were careful and said the safest option would be the roasted vegetables. it was delicious!
Menu clearly explains what was gluten-free or could be made gluten-free. very nice location and good eating.
Most of the menu is gluten free or could be made gluten free. So tasty! Beautiful setting too, would recommend. Gf items marked
Very easy to figure out what was and wasnt gluten free. The menu was clearly marked and there was a good bit of choice available. Nice little hole-in-the-wall restaurant too. The roasted veggies were very good!

You can't make a reservation here. With large groups, this could take longer. It was worth waiting for us. Good food for a good price! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Simply divine spot for breakfast in the old city of Split friendly staff and oh so atmospheric surroundings. And the food! I had the breakfast burrito and it might just have been the highlight of my day if you want great coffee, a real, lip smacking brunch and great service in the heart of historic Split, look no further. We came to Fig for breakfast. I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and my partner ordered the veggie spicy eggs, and said they weren’t very spicy. Fillings for both looked very similar. As with all food in Split, it was expensive. The menu does not state oat milk, only almond and soya, but when asked they had it so be sure to ask for oat!

There weren't a lot of choices available, but roughly half of them were either gluten-free or had the option to be made gluten-free. I ordered the pulled pork dish, which was more like a chili, and it was delicious. I had to pay extra for gluten-free bread (€2), but they offered a free salad as an alternative, so there was a complimentary substitution available. The restaurant had a nice outdoor seating area in a charming courtyard, and the staff were very pleasant. The prices were a bit high, but I believe that was due to the location rather than being overly expensive.
