What Amber Fry doesn't like about Mazzio's Italian Eatery:
We placed an order over the phone, when we got to the drive through to pick up our food, the little lady at the window was unsure of what our order was when I told her my name for the order. When we got our food, the first time my order was wrong, she quickly fixed it but my food was not freash at all. No season on the fries. Ordered 2 cokes and were given 1 dr peeper and 1 half coke and half Dr Pepper? Not really su... View all feedback.
I ordered a pizza, took it home, and found the crust to be sweet. I called the restaurant and they explained that the cook mistakenly used cornmeal with sugar in it. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism in their kitchen.
After ordering our calzone, there was a bit of a wait. Customers who came in after us and placed to-go orders received their pizza before us.

Very good buffet with good choices, helpful staff and bright, clean dining area ... we will be back ...
I order from here twice a week sometimes even more times a week. The past 4 times I have ordered the pizza has not been what I ordered. I live outside of town. So I drive back home just to see that my pizza is wrong. To call and have to explain to them that they made it wrong. Just to have to drive back here to get the pizza I did order. Btw they don't let u keep their mistake pizza pizza. Which is unsanitary for them to take back. And a waist of my $3 a gallon gas. To drive here twice for their mistakes. I will go to poteau for now on! Spiro mazzio's is selling pizzas they sent home that they made wrong for another individual to other individuals. I wouldn't even give this place a half a star. Customer service is a shame!
