What User doesn't like about Kobe Express Japanese Grill:
Online the menu said they had Sesami chicken, so I called and asked to get Sesami chicken, but they said they didn't. I look at the menu to order something else. I told them I'd like honey chicken. They said they had nothing of the things I read from the menu. It was with me. View all feedback.

I found their online menu was supposed to have sesame chicken, so I called to order it. However, they informed me that they didn't have it available. I then looked at the menu again to choose something else and decided on honey chicken. Unfortunately, they told me they didn't have that either, and none of the items I saw on the menu were available. It was quite disappointing.
I find it unacceptable to be left on hold for 10 minutes, but what’s worse is the rudeness we experienced when we arrived in person. It was frustrating to see staff continue taking other orders while we were waiting. The manager should be present at all times to prevent this from happening to others. Because of our experience, we will definitely not be returning!
I found the restaurant's menu online, which listed sesame chicken, so I called to order it. However, they informed me that they didn't have it. I then looked at the menu again to choose something different and asked for honey chicken. To my disappointment, they told me they didn't have that either, or any of the items I had seen on their menu.
I found the restaurant's online menu listed sesame chicken, so I called to place an order for it, but they informed me that it wasn't available. I then searched the menu for another option and asked for honey chicken, only to be told they didn't have that either. If none of these items are actually available, then why are they on the menu?
