I have to say that this experience that makes me feel offended, when I went to the checkout with two flavors of ice cream, the sales assistant told me that it cost six euros, and I asked why the menu was written as three euros, she said that two flavors were six euros, so I thought that one flavor was three euros and I paid six euros, but then a friend of mine also chose two flavors like me but only paid three euros, so I felt deceived, I asked another young clerk, who told me that the older clerk thought that I would also pay for my friend 's ice cream, but I thought that this excuse was clumsy, because my friend was still in line at that moment, and she couldn 't have been sure that my friend had also ordered a cone with two flavours, and she didn 't ask me if I wanted to pay separately or not, the shop assistant who caused the problem didn 't even apologize to me, instead the young shop assistant said sorry , I have a reasonable suspicion that that old sales assistant also used the same method to deceive other foreigners like me, this experience disappointed me a lot. btw, i think it 's way too much to call this comment as an accusation, i do not wanna accuse anyone, this is the experience i had as a customer and i said it fairly. there is no denying that I received the returned money, all I did was expressing the dissatisfaction of the clerk who caused me problems at first and her astonished.
