This place is fantastic! We purchased a home on Green Lake last summer, and it’s just a short walk to the restaurant. The tacos, quesadillas, and burritos are great. The salsa is out of this world, and the matcha is perfect. Everything is delicious. We've experienced slow service a few times, but it was never too bad, and the staff is always friendly! What User doesn't like about Kafe La Baja:
This review is for Kafe la Baja. If I could give them. O (zero) rating I would. Their service is terribly slow. The employees have one speed (super slow) it took them over 35 minutes to make 3 burritos. That's crazy. It wasn't even busy. There was only one person ahead of us. We almost left but such it out. The food was good but the people here need some training and the cook needs to get cooking so the people don't... View all feedback.
I'm not sure why people don't go to this place every day! eating is amazing. the personal is friendly. it's a diamond in rough, if you've never been here, you have to go!
Great food, great coffee, great service, and WiFi. Checked all the boxes!
Simple but great tasting menu with lots of beverage options
Food was really good and the Cinnamon Roll latte was fantastic. Cute little place. While we enjoyed our experience I have a few suggestions. I wish the menu was a little more complete. There were things the waitress suggested that weren’t on the menu like chips and salsa. Would be nice to see that and know the prices, also no beverages on the menu and again no prices on the beverages and lattes. Also would suggest bringing out the chips and salsa as an appetizer vs with the meal. Some authentic salsa for the tacos would have been a nice touch as well. We would still return though.
Tasty foods, simple menu and a few drinks (no refills). Glad to have them in Spicer.
