With my friend for a sweet treat and coffee. The owner? was so friendly, explained the variety of cupcakes available and chatted with us for a moment. We felt welcome right away. The cupcakes were A for taste and creativity different flavors daily! I wish we'd live closer. My favorite was the one with rose water. The seating area is located in a separate room from the Kassenthek and that helped us to feel more comfortable. Decorations were really cute and we had a lot of fun taking everything. If you're in the area, definitely in! It is a nice break from the traditional bakeries in the area.
Visited after a pleasant walk around Speyer. Nice cafe with lovely decorative teapots and a great choice of teas, coffees and cakes. Chocolate cookies are a must. Friendly welcoming staff and a nice ambiance about the place, pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Be aware Toilets are next door in the bookshop. Bookshop is worth visiting too.
