However, I recently changed my mind and had the opportunity to discover how much the bar has improved its offer. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the spritz and strawberry kapiroska I tried on my last visit. The new spritz was truly love at first sight! The right combination of prosecco, Aperol and soda was balanced to perfection, creating a refreshing and slightly bitter drink that instantly became my new favourite. But the real star was the strawberry kapiroska. The mix of high-quality vodka, fresh strawberries and a touch of lime created an extremely tasty and pleasantly sweet-tart blend. It is clear that Bar Tiberio has invested in the innovation of its menu and attention to detail to satisfy the tastes of its customers. I can't wait to return to try more of the delicacies the cafe has to offer. My experience was positively transformed, and I now highly recommend Bar Tiberio to anyone looking for high-quality drinks and a pleasant atmosphere.
