Very bad. Nothing corresponds to what is written on the menu or said verbally. No homemade pasta. No fresh fish. Oil tops at fast food in plastic sachets. Seaside fish restaurant prices. No local products and Biffi oil. Without words It's a shame because it's well located. You can have better in Sperlonga. Poor and not excellent dishes. They pass off the pasta as homemade, but nothing special. High price for what is offered. After spending a morning in one of the most beautiful places in Italy, Sperlonga, we decide to have lunch on site and, also guided by the excellent reviews of other users, we decide to stop at Rocco Laocoonte. We were immediately captivated by the location close to the sea. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by the staff who immediately put us at ease making us feel at home . Furthermore, we had the privilege of meeting Rocco, the founder of the restaurant, and his daughter Valeria. When ordering we were guided by Mrs. Valeria both in the choice of dishes and wine. We started with an appetizer, a delicacy from the chef, consisting of 5 tastings, and then moved on to 2 first courses, a second course, side dish, dessert and fruit. All the dishes that were served to us denoted an excellent quality of raw materials combined with an excellent cuisine where, perhaps, the secret ingredient for such excellence was certainly to be found in the love and dedication that Rocco, and his family, have for their business; this feeling could be felt in every corner of the place. The final price paid is in line with what was tasted. Excellent cellar as excellent as the ability to suggest wines to the less knowledgeable in the matter like me. P.S. a heartfelt thank you to Valeria who, in addition to taking care of our needs in the restaurant, with extreme care and professionalism, helped us in organizing the post-lunch time to continue with the tour of the city. In light of what has been described, I am only sorry that it is not possible to award praise. We will definitely be back
