This restaurant has definitely put it in a different light than the previous one. A village, however beautiful and suggestive, did not enjoy a sushi restaurant and not only . The artists who opened the premises, also surely raised the asticella, both at the culinary and cultural level. The culture of sushi, an oriental culture, finally projected to Sperlonga. You notice the great skill in the embroidery of quality raw materials and untreated fish. the kind, friendly and happy staff of what it does! tourist or not, I highly recommend to live this pleasant experience!
We had dinner in August Choosing an appetizer, a spaghetti with clams and bottarga (8 clams of number and cask practically nonexistent!!! and a second dish of polyp on the plate (two poor pieces of polyp!!!! with a base of mashed potatoes . All insipid dishes, the revisited pasta too cooked navigated in a bottom that looked like water and flour, without personality and taste. (The dishes were not worth the price paid. At the end of dinner, the waitress asked us if everything went well and we made it clear that we left the pasta because it was not our pleasure. Open up! At that point was born a controversy with the chef (or owner??? that enchanted his own dish and the waitress that with doing indispettito and rude he resumed both us and our table neighbors who had chosen the same pasta and did not like to make comments in front of other customers. Cherry on the cake threatens a lawyer's letter if we had made a negative review. Congratulations. Until proven otherwise in Italy freedom of expression is enshrined in the Constitution! To the DOK owner who responded to my review just ago: 1 we waited 15 days to write the review because we were still on holiday and we had better to do than think about your painful experience. 2 No one has refused or tried not to pay the bill, regularly welded, besieging a falsehood. 3 We absolutely did not scream, it really was the waitress to turn to us and to our table neighbors arrogantly and rudely, the tones you raised only you. You are only climbing on the mirrors because you have not been able to accept the assessment that VOI itself had requested and expressed peacefully. We also read other negative reviews about your pasta with clams. It is good to revisit a dish but in our opinion you ruined it. You should have a little more humility.... As for your fantastic reviews, I'll point out that it's only 12.....

We stayed last night on the advice of the wonderful hotel where we stay every year we come to Sperlonga (hotel Corallo): wonderful place, I would say unique in Sperlonga, attention to the smallest details and very intimate and evocative, the girl who served us was very kind and very sweet, exquisite and refined food. We can't wait to go back. Super recommended. Food: 5
