Dunkin' - Spencerport

Dunkin, Can be hit or miss. However, the employees at this location seem to try to make the experience a delightful one. Each time I have come to this location, my drink order is actually made to perfection as well as the food is on point. Keep up thegreat work.

Either hire more staff for make ordering online only, with the kiosk like McDonald's has allowing people to order by themselves. Drastically understaffed, I was in the front of the line and it took them 8 minutes to take my order, not fulfillmy order it took 8 minutes for them to take my order. I assume that they're penalized if they take too long in the Drive-Thruorders or mobile orders because I kind of got ignored completely while they were dealing with those. The people behind thecounter were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to keep up with it this is the second Dunkin' donutsI've been to that's been really really understaffed and taken forever for in person orders to be filled.

I visit this place every morning for my coffee, but it seems that my order is messed up every time. Even when I mention it, they still don't get it right. How hard can it be to add 4 caramel, 4 liquid sugars, and 4 cream? I'm really disappointed with the service. Takeout service gets a rating of 1.

I placed an order for a large mocha latte with whipped cream at the drive-thru. The server told me they didn’t have whipped cream, so I requested cold foam instead. She then informed me that they didn’t have cold foam either. I said plain would be fine. She then asked me to pull forward. I also mentioned that I needed a plain bagel with cream cheese, to which she replied that they weren’t serving food at that time. It was frustrating—why are they even open if they can't fulfill basic orders?

Dunkin' is situated on West Ridge Road in Parma, NY. The parking lot is clean and feels safe. Inside, the building is tidy and well-organized. The staff are very friendly and efficient, taking my order promptly. Everything I’ve ordered from Dunkin' has consistently met high standards of quality and flavor. I love going to Dunkin' for my coffee and dessert cravings. A big shoutout to all the employees for keeping this place clean and delightful! - Gerry
