Reviews - Queen Bee
Reviews summary
Nestled in Spencer, WV, this small hometown restaurant offers a unique charm, albeit with a slightly unkempt decor. Patrons rave about the friendly and entertaining staff, highlighting the generous portions and reasonable prices. While some menu items, like the hot dogs, have received mixed feedback, the overall food quality shines through with local favorites and daily specials. Diners often recommend the shakes and the enticing ice cream, rumored to rival the nearby Dairy Queen. We like stopping here when we are in Spencer. Nice folks and reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Usually get the daily special and it is more than I can eat. The food is very good too View all feedback.
What Kenya Heathcote dislikes about Queen Bee:
We were delivering furniture to the church and had to use the bathroom. The sign on the door said it was for customers only, so I ordered a hot dog thinking I hadn't eaten yet. A friendly young man took my order and I mentioned I would be right back after telling my friends to order hot dogs too. While chatting with another customer, she highly recommended the hunch dinner. I plan on trying it the next time I visit t... View all feedback.

All the food here is fried to perfection. If you're looking for a surefire way to get heartburn, this is the place to eat.

My daddy and I stopped here after I left dmw in spencer, ww. the restaurant is small, not as tiny, sloppy as dirty. that just feels like it.

My daddy and I stopped here after leaving DMV in Spencer, WV. The restaurant is small, not so tiny, more sloppy than dirty. Just sort of unkept feel to the decor. There was a few booths and 2 tables with chairs. Very small and due to trying to space the tables apart for social distancing, it seemed more unkept as well We ordered a couple HOT DOGs with Chili, Slaw and onions. The weiners were old and chili taste burnt. Not too impressed with the food, but if I went back it would be out of necessity...
I loved this place since I was little, my parents often brought me here and I was always excited to be treated with a milkshake. love eating.
