Mcdonald's - Spelthorne

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets to take away, but they were cold.

The service was excellent! It's hard to come by these days.

I purchased two cheeseburger Happy Meals at the drive-through today for my friend and myself. After parking on a nearby road a few minutes later, we were dissatisfied to find that both cheeseburgers were lukewarm. Additionally, the amount of fries and cappuccino coffee was much smaller than we are used to at other branches we frequent.

Just wanted to big up Tiffany who works in Mcdonalds 2 rivers staines, who helped me download mcd app and reminded me I was running out of free parking, she was so helpful. I hope her branch manager knows how great she is

Food arrived COLD, fries cold and limp, went into the bin. Burgers had to be reheated in micro wave, Mc flurrys were like thick milk and had to go into freezer for an hour.
