After finally answering the phone a man just shouted down the phone "we are far to busy to take your order via phone and hung up. No hello or anything just screamed down the phone. Needless to say we wont be ordering here again.

I’v... read more The selling point for this cafe is the customer service. The owner and his staff are always friendly, cheerful and could talk about anything and everything! I’ve been here based on my own decision once only. It was the first time. And last time. The ham roll was awful. A slice of ham and a cheap roll. Tea was just... tea. It’s like one of those cheap greasy spoons I believe. Cheap it wasn’t though. I never went back. Unfortunately my work mates love going there. So I had been back for lunch twice and also breakfast twice. All nothing much to speak of. Latest one was a quick lunch of mushroom omelette. For £5 that’s way too dear. That’s why I never go there off my own back and never recommend it to anyone. Staines Food Court is just down the road. Much better. Customer service can’t fault it.

They offer a wide selection of delicious breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers, and meals. Whatever you desire, they will do their best to accommodate you. The restaurant is always bustling and consistently delivers high-quality food.
