Great wine pairings and lovely people. Owner Graziano Santucci is a gracious and knowledgeable man who welcomed you without pressure. Paola is also super nice and makes your experience a very positive one. It’s a small but very nice menu and their wine and liquor inventory is extensive.

Worthwhile a visit to be educated about the many intricacies of the regional wines, which are excellent. The owner and further staff spoke excellent English and knew their way also in the French and Spanish wines. Lovely condiments and stylish stoneware to be tasted or viewed and bought.

Gratiana is a gifted and patient sommelier who hones in on your taste to make sure you land the perfect wine for you. The selection is extensive and I would not have known where to start without his advice. The food looked tempting so I’ll have to return for a bite another evening. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. It’s the perfect way to end an evening in Spello after enjoying sunset. Closed Tuesdays. A guys gotta have a day off.
