I ordered a pizza from the Speedway, Indiana location and when I arrived at the designated time to pick up my pizza, it was not ready. I waited 20 minutes, only to come home and find that my pizza was uncooked. When I called to complain, a manager named Rob repeatedly hung up on me. Poor service.
I have been a fan of this pizza for years, but recently when I had guests over and we ordered pizzas for pick-up, the experience was disappointing. The pizzas were terrible and when we tried to call the restaurant multiple times afterwards, we never got a response. My husband even went to the restaurant to make a complaint, but there was no one at the front. After finally speaking to a manager, it seemed like there was little concern for the bad service and low-quality pizzas. We agreed that we could have gotten better tasting pizzas for much less money at Little Caesars.
This restaurant is located off the beaten path, so it's not typically top of mind for us. However, it offers a gluten-free pizza crust that is so delicious, it's hard to believe it's actually gluten-free.
Unexpectedly good... like really good. Not super greasy, or over seasoned. 6 piece wings and fries everything was super fresh and crispy.
Host/cashier very kind, looked clean, very quite and the wings were good, if in town again illne back.Food: 5/5
