Mazerella's Upper Crust Pizza - Speed

I usually never leave reviews unless it was a great experience or a terrible one. In this case, it's been absolutely terrible. We order here quite often because it is/was my significant others favorite local pizza place, but they've lost a customer now. We will never attempt to order from here again. It started about a month and a half ago when we had a pizza delivered and when opening the box we saw that it had been smashed and everything was stuck to the inside of the box. I didn't say anything then but then, a couple of weeks later, we ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a salad...we got 2 salads and zero breadsticks. So, I called and was apologized to and told there would be a $20 credit put on our account and was given the excuse they have been training people or something. The last straw was last night, we tried to call in an order because the man that told us we had a credit towards our next order told us to call in and to make sure we get it, we were told there was no credit so we just told them to scrap the order and we would order from papa John's. We did order from papa johns and got our order. Then 5 minutes after we got our order from papa johns another delivery person was on our porch with an order from mazzerellas, the order that we canceled, so the delivery person left with the mazzerellas order. I don't know what's going on with this place but they really need to get it together. You know it's really bad when my husband says he'll never order from here again because he's loved this place forever and said it was his favorite. Changes need to be made or more training.

I had the honor of trying the food that these people are trying to pass this exquisite masterpiece off as “pizza”! This was the best item of food I’ve ever had. The taste, the texture, the attention to detail everything about this food was just so amazing. It’s unreal. This is well deserving of way more than five stars. This Pizza made me say “Papa Johns who?!?!” In conclusion This is the tastiest restaurant around by far. What an amazing experience at this restaurant. Oh, and also the night manager I believe it was Josh a very intelligent and nice guy.. He is a true professional…. Oh, and into the owner, what a fine business you have here I would be honored to be able to shake your hand!!

Mazarella's is one of my favorite pizza restaurants. I am a frequent customer, and I always anticipate the delicious food they serve. Highly recommend!

Pizza, cheese sticks and baby breadsticks — absolutely delicious! Plus they deliver to our neighborhood!

I enjoy their pizza buffet and salad bar atleast once a week!
