We booke... read more We were guests of the hotel for the weekend of Mother's Day, it was a package all included with dinner, overnight, breakfast and lunch on Sunday dance. We booked 2 rooms because we were with a couple of friends. We were 4 adults, 3 children and a newborn for which we paid 10€ for the extra cot. As soon as the structure arrived, it was indefatigable, realized in the 70s/80s probably and never restored, adirittura a mini door with wooden tables and chairs with sitting in straw, as in the house of the grandmother. At dinner, there was no choice and we had peas, a roll of meat and a transparent slice of viennetta. There was no appetizer, fruit, a contour... nothing and above all I would have expected at least a choice between a couple of first and a couple of seconds, instead fixed menu really squeezed and not captivating. The painful note was unable to have a high chair for the child of nine months, they only had one in the whole structure and had already been assigned, a sin that knew how many newborns waited as they specified it in the booking phase. I ask to warm a homogenized for the child, I receive it completely liquefied because in the structure they were free of microwave and had prepared it for me in a bathroom. Sunday's breakfast: in the concierge it was indicated that it was served until 9.30 but at 9:00 we are told that it was already finished because they had to prepare the room to host banquets for communion and that we were reported in the evening, absolutely not true. The waiter seeing three girls crying because they were expecting croissants and walnut, moved to compassion makes us sit for breakfast sin that the buffet was empty: no croissant, only orange jams, no walnut or tart or donut. Only dry biscuits, steaks, orange jam and white yogurt are available. The girls glow to cry and while we were about to have breakfast at the bar, the waiter realizes the situation and rejects us croissant and brings us mini portions of the walnut of fourth choice. Sunday lunch: appetizer with a mix of meat, prawns in coktail sauce, cold rice and panzerottino, tomato paste, a transparent fish leaf and a mini pannacotta way fingerfood all the way from a 70-year-old dj ranging from pooh to Claudio Baglioni, sincerely I do not know how there were communion banquets there. But then I got it. The rooms very minimal, without pohn and with the beautiful shower curtain 70 years but, at least they were clean. The only positive note was the location of the hotel directly on a bay, a sin that we were unlucky even the black day and with strong showers. Even the waiters were kind, at least what he served us, tried to do everything possible with the means at his disposal unfortunately, it must not have been easy to tell many mothers that on two rooms from 200 people was available only a chair! It is a hotel with a huge potential not exploited. We spent a nightmare weekend!
