The staff at the restaurant were polite and efficient, constantly checking the temperature of the food on the buffet. They were always busy, filling napkins and replacing lids. These small details really impressed me. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Today on the 4th of July we went through the drive thru after having to repeat my order over and over and wait for 10 minutes which was fine no big deal it’s a busy day I asked for sauce, when she went to hand me the wrong one I simply said no not that one. Crispy chicken that is the absolute worst (Walmart chicken has a leg up on these guys). Orders that are partially filled. Customer service is like talking to someone who just wandered in the back door. This particular franchisee is damaging the KFC band.... Avoid!
