It wasnt busy and I spe... read more I know theyre short staffed but the food is awful, the people on drive thru dont pay attention, I had to repeat my order numerous times. It wasnt busy and I speak very clearly. I spent $6 on two large fries that were old and crunchy, all of them,not just the ones at the bottom. Sandwiches are slopped together and the ingredients taste old. Even with these coupons its notworth eating your gross food. Do not eat here.

They apologized several times for the wait, which I understood given the limited staff. However, the meal I chose from the menu was excellent, with everything hot and ready to go. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Arby's to anyone.
