When we arrived, there wasn't much of a line, but it quickly starte... read more A couple of hours later, a coworker and I decided to go to Chipotle and wait for our orders. When we arrived, there wasn't much of a line, but it quickly started to grow behind us. I handed the line cook my faxed order sheet, which contained about six different orders, and told them I was fine waiting a little longer. I thought they would serve some customers behind us first before starting on our meal, but to my surprise, they jumped right into preparing our order. They didn't begin on the next person's order until ours was complete. Having worked in restaurants myself for many years, I felt bad for placing such a complex order while the staff was busy; however, the Chipotle team handled everything exceptionally well. The store manager on duty was Lydia, and she did a fantastic job keeping everyone calm—especially since the cook I handed the order to looked a bit overwhelmed. It felt like eternity as the line behind us grew, and you could sense the rising impatience, but our orders were finished in under ten minutes! Great job to the Chipotle staff! I did try to fax in my order to make everything smoother—my apologies to the staff and the customers who were waiting behind us!

I was really impressed with both the staff and the food. The prices were excellent too. Now I need to find similar places in Charlotte, NC, so I can visit every other day!
