I have been going to Wade 's since I was a kid, but tonight I was disappointed. We came in as a party of four on one check $74.26). One of our guests found a bug in her food THAT SHE HAD ALREADY STARTING EATING), called the server over, to show him, and he took the food back to the kitchen. At this point we had all stopped eating and didn 't care to finish our food. We had paid early in our dining experience due to me having to hurry to work. Server returned to just say that that 'Tyler ' refunded $1.15 for the side order. NO MANAGER CAME OUT TO SPEAK TO US OR ANY OTHER STAFF MEMBER OF THE MANAGMENT TEAM, and at the VERY LEAST her meal should have been refunded completely. I am a previous server of 10 years, and the customer service was very poor tonight, had this happened to one of my customers at the restaurant I worked at previously the whole check would have been taken care of.
