I did not have good customer service. The young boy at the counter was on his phone the whole time during my order and wait period. Not friendly, he was slow and his persona gave me the feeling that customers were not welcome or his top concern. What happened to the young lady that was there in the beginning, she was fast, accurate and friendly. Poor customer service. View all feedback.
Down home atmosphere with a flavor like no other! HOSPITALITY!!!
Eaten there twice in one week,the Friday fish is good, the fries were undercooked,wifes pulled pork had maybe a table spoon of meat on it,The girls at the counter are unable to answer simple questions about the menu,The one girl Friday night was so engulfed with pulling and twirling here hair and playing with her phone[for 25 minutes I was in there] that she forgot to charge me for my food even when I stood at the register for 5 more minutes not my job to remind someone to do theirs,over all it is good food,way over priced for the very small portions,tried it twice, I believe in second chances,but the second visit shorted me a taco and forgot the salsa,might try again someday
This is the best BBQ on this side of the river! Best I have had personally.
Wings are great and the loaded potato is awesome. Will definitely be back . if you like spicy the who dat sauce is the sauce to try.
Wow! I just had the special of the day, which included a combination of hot, BBQ, and lemon garlic Parmesan wings, and they were all incredible!
