I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through.During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry. Terrible experience! I ordered a green tea with lemon, but was informed they didn’t have lemon. Instead, I was given an iced tea. When I clarified that I wanted hot tea, the employee insisted I had ordered iced tea. I reiterated that I hadn’t, and she reluctantly agreed to correct the order. I had a great time enjoying a caramel cappuccino with my friend. The staff were very friendly.
The staff needs to focus more on the specifics of the orders. However, the food was excellent!
