Dietz's Tavern was the only place on our route, so we decided t... read more We were heading home from the Owen County Animal Clinic when my friend decided he wanted a beer. Dietz's Tavern was the only place on our route, so we decided to stop by. The service was quick and friendly. I’m actually planning to make a special trip back there in the future. Although they don’t have a full kitchen, they do offer some snack items along with mixed drinks, beer, and cocktails. As always, if you're driving, be sure to know your limits. I had a wine cooler, pickled eggs, and bologna, while my friend enjoyed a Bud Light. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other places I've been that serve mixed drinks.
