Dunkin' - Feedback

What Kelly Lavine doesn't like about Dunkin':
AWFUL! Asked for a green tea with lemon and told they didn’t have lemon. I was then handed an iced tea. When I explained I ordered a hot tea the employee said I ordered iced tea. I insisted I did not and could she please correct the order. She snottily complied. Also the music was blasting very loudly to the point of obnoxious. The place also needs a good cleaning. I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through.During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry.
