At around 45 minutes, I was informed that I had arrived early and my order would actual... read more I placed a small order online with an estimated pickup time of one hour. At around 45 minutes, I was informed that I had arrived early and my order would actually be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, my food was cold when I finally got it. The sandwich I ordered didn’t resemble a sandwich at all; it was topped with wings instead of the chicken breast I expected. The place was quite crowded, adding to the overall poor experience.

Drivers aren't food workers and who knows where their hands have been. This place should be shut down.
