My order is a... read more The last few times I have come in for lunch have been excellent. The hispanic guy taking orders at the drive-thru is very polite and professional. My order is always correct, on time, and the quality is exceptional. I definitely recommend and will continue to come here. Thanks for the awesome service.

When I got to the window, I was charged the... read more I ordered a COMBO and the person taking my order seemed barely attentive; I had to repeat myself almost three times. When I got to the window, I was charged the correct amount for a combo, but then the employee argued with me, claiming I hadn’t ordered a drink! When I mentioned that I order the same meal regularly, he insisted he had never seen me before. His attitude was really rude, especially the larger guy who was working there.

Get to the window, charged accordingly for a combo and the guy tells me i didnt order a drink and argues with me about it! And then tells me he doesnt see me here ever wheni tell him i order this exact meal all the time! So rude, it was the guy who is very big.

He goes to the back and make my order. Grab the bag and rush back to work only to find my chickens was original not crispy, andwould give me the smallest piece he could find. He basically did it on purpose instead of letting the lady that was suppose tomake my order and spoke in Spanish with her. This is why I hate going to a place that have Incompetent Hispanic worker in thiscity. They like to purposely mess with people order. Moved from Cali and have many Hispanic friends but this city has ALOT ofprejudice Hispanic. Place wasn't busy with no customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
