Really an evaluation? Great variety! If you didn't eat in Rudy on Tuesday when you had to be a foreigner. From this chain I like consistency. This place does. The salad bar is super cooled and the food comes out every time. The service was great during this visit. If you want to know what food they have, be ashamed of yourself somewhere else.
