Great food, didn't have the chocolate beignets that I added from my mobile order, but gave me an apple pie and extra chicken finger to compensate, which I appreciate.

Just stop by here for some food along the interstate. The restaurant was very clean, the staff were very professional and polite, and the food was great. Will be back again.

Mobile app isn't user friendly. Menu is hard to navigate amongst different submenus. Have to go back to the main menu to get to other choices. Staff friendly when they understand you and are not busy. Not friendly at all otherwise. Good deals on apporders, but you can't get them without it. Good place for eating out occasionally, just don't go on busy days/times.

If I could give this Popeye 's in Spanish Fort Alabama (store number 13834) zero stars, I would. I arrived at about 8:15pm. Had to wait for 5 minutes to have my order taken, with only 2 cars ahead of me. After placing my order (two 4pc. white, extramac&cheese and some pies). Then I was told it was going to be about 7 minutes on spicy. I said ok, I 'll wait. 2 minutes later,she comes back to the window saying their not dropping any spicy (wish they would 've told me that before I paid $36.52). It 's8:40pm, Popeye 's closes at 10pm. I said OK, make them both mild. Next thing I know the manager (a tall guy with long dreds orbraids) comes to the window saying that I 'm going to take all the chicken he just dropped. Guess he only dropped 8 pieces at 8something, with another hour to go, and a line behind me. But I said OK again, just make one mixed. Finally got my food, just tofind out I 'm missing 2 pies. Got back in line to wait another 15 minutes, for the manager to have an attitude for forgettingpies he owes me. All the while I hear the cashier on the phone with someone saying, all we have left, are breasts and thighs .Then to make it home to find out there was no biscuits in the box. I wish the owner would do something with this place. I willalso be letting corporate know about my experience, and how their being represented by this store.

Second time going through there that they forgot a side we added an additional side to a family meal we?ve had to leave our house come back to get it. After coming home from work, trying to make dinner easy with kids and a three hour work commute ?it is not a pleasure to keep going back.
