California Dreaming - Spanish Fort

Cocktails were bad, filet was not seasoned, mashed potatoes were tasteless and mushy, roasted broccoli was terrible (marinated in Caesar salad dressing), and our server was just okay. We have gone to this restaurant many times and always disappointed. We won't be going back.

We wound up getting the 2 3oz Steak Medallions Shrimp entrees. Came with a loaded baked potato, and a large salad w/fresh baked croissant. Better steak than we've had at overpriced steak joints. Shrimp was delish. Great service, great price, great value. Highly recommend!

We have always had great experiences at California Dreaming but this visit was exceptional. We were greeted (by name) at the door and by the manager as well. Our server, Sara, was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The entire meal for the family was excellent. This will always be our favorite resturant.

Daughter-in-law's choice for her birthday dinner. Arrived an hour before our reservation, they were busy, but were promptly seated. Balloons were delivered after we were seated. and after dinner she was given a cupcake with delectable strawberry frosting with a small dollop of strawberry preserves. However, the best part was she received a birthday card that the staff had signed. That personal touch made an impression on all of us. While she appreciated the included gift card, the card was what impressed her (us) the most.

Went for dinner on Friday. Had a little wait but very nice for a Friday evening.Brittney W gave awsone service and was extremy friendly. The food was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, and I loved the overall experience.
