The food is great, but the atmosphere is somewhat off-putting, as it seems like people just linger there all day.

I’m not sure what you’re paying Caleb, but it definitely isn't enough! He was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I haven’t visited this place often because of past experiences, but now I can’t wait to come back soon!

I visited for the first time and was impressed by the excellent customer service; everyone was very friendly. However, the food took a while to arrive, and when it did, the burger was lukewarm. I would come back, but hopefully with a quicker wait next time.
