We found another sushi restaurant!! The food was very good, the hosts and servers were very kind, and the prices were great. We ordered two Thai lunches: Thai yellow curry, Thai red curry (had a little more spice than yellow), they both came with choice of soup and rice so we chose: egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, white rice. What Michael Nakata doesn't like about Red 8 Asian Bistro Sushi:
Ordered Donburi which is a Japanese steamed rice bowl with veggies, egg and protein. What I got and was told abruptly was NOT a Donburi. It was chicken katsu (cutlet) over a bed of rice served with tempura veggies and smothered in bad katsu sauce. Stay away if you want authentic Japanese. View all feedback.
Great chinese food in Spanish fork. The beef and broccoli had good taste, but the beef was chewy, and one piece had something very hard, almost like a bone in it, so that wasn't fun bite on. Everything was pretty good. Wish we had one closer to farmington.
Pretty good sushi. I ordered way too much food because they have large portions here, I was pleasantly surprised.

Me and my husband come here all the time! Probably weekly if I'm honest! And we absolutely love it. Good quick service, and super nice people! We have tried a variety of food options and everything from their sushi, pad thai, curry, soup, or dinner entree options we have loved everything. Would highly recommend!
