Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Super impressed! When I ordered online it said it was going to be a 90 minute wait which makes sense cause it was Super Bowl weekend. But when I got there to check if there’s any chance they were done early they were working on my order right then so they were an hour ahead of schedule from what the app was saying, but even so Super Bowl weekend and only waiting a half hour. I thought that was pretty impressive! They were also very kind and efficient and I always appreciate that!

Ordered a couple pizzas for pickup along with some sauce cups on the side. Got home and the sauce cups were expired by over 2 months and were rancid. Tried to call the store but there is only a message referring to online ordering. Sent an email to customer service on the website but never heard back. Pizza was fine but customer service would be zero stars since they don't even provide a way to bring problems to their attention. Just watch for expiration dates on items that are prepackaged. Makes me wonder if they are using expired ingredients in the pizzas...

Ordered two pizzas in person and they swapped the base with each other. I like thick and my partner likes thin. So, both our pizzas were not how we wanted them.Store said I have to drive all the way back with the pizzas after cooking them and eating them partially before we noticed.What a joke. I should get a refund over the phone do not inconvenience me for your mess up.

Poor customer service at this location. Have had a few poor interactions. Issues with them honoring their coupons or deals. Shame I really enjoy papa Murphy. Need to find a different location.

It would be nice if the pizza's had more toppings. I like the chicken garlic. And it just doesn't seem like it has as many toppings as the other pizza's.
