Cafe Zupas - Spanish Fork

After a very large door dash order that was wrong in SO many ways. I called the store to see if they could fix the order. The girl (Anika) said oh I'll just refund your whole order. Your account will be credited in a few days. Well it's been 8 days. Long enough for a bank transaction. No refund.. I call the store and they say oh well we can't refund your order. Well why the hell did ya tell me you would?? I would have just liked my correct order.

We were so impressed with the outstanding customer service we enjoyed. We are business owners and know that customer service is a priority. The food was delicious!

Always had amazing service at this location! Amazing food, as well as super fast service. Both takeout and dinning in have been amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Healthy and delicious food. It's a little more expensive than your average fast food, but it is far better. I wish they had locations where I live in Canada.
